Concept & Spatial Strategy
The design objective was to create a unified spatial composition that integrates multiple functions without visual clutter. This was achieved through custom joinery that wraps the bed, storage, and workstation into a continuous linear element. Extending the timber paneling vertically visually expands the room while maintaining coherence between zones.
Material & Atmosphere
Natural wood tones provide warmth against a neutral base palette, contributing to a calm and inviting interior. A graphic curved feature wall introduces subtle movement and texture while remaining understated.
Lighting was a key strategy to establish mood and enhance spatial definition. Concealed LED lighting beneath the bed and cabinetry creates a floating effect and soft ambient glow, while window light is gently modulated through patterned blinds.
