Abstract
The development of any country depends upon the trading and business activities; Imports and exports play an important role in stabilizing the economy of a country.
Myanmar is rich in natural resources, agricultural and minerals. But we have lack of opportunities to trade. Now we have a right time to grow our economy and trade because Business Tower (Yangon) provides the need for business men in worldwide with standard rate.
During my research and case studies I came to know that one of the site locations at the junction of Urban-Ring road is working on a project of apartment condominium named “Inno City”. On my visit over there impress me with it’s lot’s of advantage to build “Business Tower” and that make me determined to pick a title “Business Tower” for final year thesis. For designing a building I chose to work on a concept of “Owl’s Wings” dedicated to be successful with Business luck for Myanmar because owl represents an animal of “Luck” in Myanmar traditional.
This study concludes to propose a 34 stories of Office Tower and 24 stories of Hotel Tower as well as 5 stories luxury Retail Mall to get benefits from International Business Investment. If we use the opportunity of the lands that are valuable wisely, like how an owl attacks its prey, Myanmar will soon to become the developed country in a few decade years.

•The site is located at the junction of major roads, which is the focal point for the major attraction.
•On the north point located the 50 feet wide stream and the east point with bus compound.
•After the study of its site location, the golf resort on the north point, the bus compound, and the residential areas surrounding it provide the best opportunities to create a complex tower with three facilities: an office, a hotel, and a retail mall.
•Retail Mall is located on the south-west point, with the office on the north-west and the hotel on the south-east.
•The public entrance for retail mall is on west and south-west point while the office entrance is on the north-west point; and the hotel entrance is located on the south-east point.
•On the side of junction road is the public space with the recreation area where pedestrians can approach easily and user friendly around the building.
